How to identify the object subject and verb in Afrikaans

(subject) is die ding wat die aksie doen in die sin. Elke sin moet ʼn onderwerp (subject) hê.
The subject is the thing that does the action in the sentence. Every sentence must have a subject.

Die werkwoord
(verb) is die aksie wat in die sin gebeur. Elke sin moet tenminste een
werkwoord hê.
The verb is the action that takes place in the sentence. Every
sentence must have at least one verb.

Piet is honger.
|
|
Hy is stadig en sy is vinnig.
|
Voorwerp (Object)
Die voorwerp
(object) is die ding waarop die aksie gedoen word. ʼn Sin hoef nie ʼn voorwerp (object) te hê nie,
maar dit kan meer as een hê.
The object is the thing on which the action is done. A sentence
doesn’t have toe have an object, but it can have more than one object.
